About Hospice of the East Bay

Since 1977, Hospice of the East Bay has provided expert, effective healthcare services for over 18,000 terminally ill patients of all ages.
In addition to medical support for our patients, we provide emotional, spiritual, logistical, and bereavement support for the entire family. Care is provided in the patient’s home, that of a friend or relative, in a variety of residential care facilities or at Bruns House, our inpatient facility. Hospice of the East Bay accepts ALL medically qualified patients, regardless of their insurance.
