About O K's Cascade Co

From its inception nearly forty-five years ago as a pioneer in remote site catering for forest fire fighters, OKS Cascade Company has grown into one of the largest providers of support services in North America. A collection of surplus military equipment operated by a small group of family and friends has turned into a fleet of over 200 pieces of specialized rolling stock and a pool of over 400 employees located around the country. Underlying these resources is an extensive base of management expertise in the areas of equipment design, contingency planning, logistics and emergency response. The end result is an organization with a proven track record of adaptability and rapid delivery of high quality products and services where other means of support are not available. In 1999, the founders of OKS Cascade Company, including John Keener, sold their assets to A&V Acquisitions based in Cleveland, OH. In 2003, Johns son Ray decided to carry on the family business with a new company named Incident Catering Services. This new company continued in the OKS tradition of forest fire service and natural disaster response. When the opportunity arose in early 2008 for Incident Catering Services to purchase OKS Cascade Company, the company came full circle. Together, OKS Cascade Company and its parent company Incident Catering Services provide services to a customer base that includes: the US Forest Service, various government agencies and states, various branches of the military, event planners - more...
