AC-PRO The AC-PRO Trip unit is a solid state overcurrent device for use on 600 volt class air circuit breakers. The AC-PRO comes standard with long time, short time, instantaneous, ground fault, and phase unbalance protection. All but two of the protective features can be turned off to allow for greater coordination and flexibility of use. Quick-Trip The Quick-Trip system reduces arc flash potential of any downstream breakers through a switch mounted on the outside of the breaker cubicle. Engaging the Quick-Trip Switch activates User selected Instantaneous and Ground Fault settings on the AC-PRO. The Quick-Trip Settings have the same range as the regular IT and GF settings, allowing for coordination while reducing arc flash potential within the parameters of an arc flash study. Kirk Key Quick Trip The Kirk Key Quick Trip system replaces the lockable switch with a Kirk Key switch. This restricts access to the feeder breakers until the Kirk Key switch is used to engage Quick Trip and reduce arc flash potential. Communications Option The AC-PRO and ZERO-HERTZ units can be equipped with a communications package. This allows users to monitor current, voltage, breaker position, last trip data and other information over a Modbus connection. LCI The Local Communication Interface (LCI) provides monitoring of up to 32 communication enabled trip units. The LCI also provides you with a network connection so all of the breakers will be available on a network with any MODBUS compatible software. Zero Hertz The Zero-Hertz trip unit is a solid state overcurrent device for use on one and two pole DC circuit breakers in voltage classes up to 1,000 volts. The Zero-Hertz comes standard with long time, short time, instantaneous, ground fault, and reverse current. All of the protective features except long time can be turned off to allow for greater coordination and flexibility of use. AC-PROMP The AC-PROMP is a plug in direct replacement trip unit for Merlin Gerin & Square D Masterpact MP, IEC or UL rated breakers. The AC-PROMP is user programmed to replace several versions of the STR-18M, 28D, 38S, of 58U Trip units. The AC-PROMP has the same protective functions, settings and time current curves as the original STR with the addition of a built in Quick Trip switch. HI-SPEED The HI-SPEED is the OEM trip unit installed on newly manufactured FBK circuit breakers. The HI-SPEED is the new standard for DC circuit protection for traction power and other applications requiring true Hi-Speed operations and Rate-of-Rise [dl/dT] protection. - less
