Want to work for a premier Allstate agency in Frisco? We are currently looking to add an experienced Customer service manager to our winning team. At this time, only candidates with previous Allstate agency experience will be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

**New customer on-boarding calls and Pre-renewal calls

**Assist current customers with inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions

**Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to providing first class customer service. Our AES score is most important to us

COMPENSATION: Salary is $35,000/year year plus BONUS

REQUIREMENTS:

**Texas Property & Casualty license is required

**Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

**Customer service driven and fun to work with

**Proficiency in Microsoft products and Customer relationship software (CRM)

**Minimum 3 years of Allstate agency experience is preferred
