Our business is growing. We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator team member to join our outpatient physical therapy practice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Coordinating patient benefits
  • Ordering office inventory supplies
  • Scanning and shredding
  • Collecting payments
  • Keeping the office clean and organized

Candidates must have a pleasant demeanor, a positive forward-thinking outlook, the willingness and ability to work with others, great organization and multi-tasking skills with a desire to have a long-term position within our company while growing with us.
