Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Coordinating patient benefits
- Ordering office inventory supplies
- Scanning and shredding
- Collecting payments
- Keeping the office clean and organized
