Aerial Access Equipment is the largest independent rental supplier of aerial and material handling equipment on the gulf coast. We are looking for the right candidate to work with our existing and new customers on fulfilling their rental needs.

As an Inside Sales Representativeyou will assist Outside Sales Representatives to grow revenue, generate new accounts, improve overall sales through the initiation of our sales cycle.

Inside Sales is a very important position in the success of our company’s growth.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Receive incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Work well with Outside Sales to gain new customers and retain existing customers
  • Maintain and manage customer contacts to include follow-up calls
  • Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • Must have at least 1-3 years sales experience focusing on customer service
  • Incoming telephone sales experience preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both, verbal and written
  • Excellent Telephone communication
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
