Job Description:

Manages overall store sales and operations
Management of store profitability on a yearly basis
Leads the sales floor and drives store results through the store team
Development of management and sales team to provide "Stay GOLD" customer service experience
Daily leadership by coaching and developing team on proper selling behaviors
Responsible to control visual merchandising to brand standards, to ensure brand consistency that impacts the customer experience and maximizes overall business results
Ensures the operations of the store are executed
Accountable for the development of associates’ product knowledge to enables high performance selling
Influences and inspires associates to unlock individual potential for personal productivity and results; enabling to win Club Elite!
Workday management for scheduling, hiring and talent on-boarding
Accountable for the selection and development of top talent within the store into our "MIT; Manager In Training" program
Responsible for daily communications with e-mails, reports, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning
