Theismann’s is getting a facelift! After 35 years, the old classic is getting a “new coat of paint” during the summer of 2019. A complete remodel featuring a new island bar, lounge, private party/event space, furniture and décor. Designed by Dambly Design Group, located here in Alexandria, the fresh new look is set to be completed and unveiled in September 2019.

Theismann’s Restaurant and Bar is unique in character and difficult to categorize. It melds the diverse venues of fine dining, neighborhood gathering place and energetic sports viewing. It is still independently owned and operated, and implementing the original philosophy to give excellent service and quality product in a comfortable, friendly environment. Theismann’s provides the total guest experience. Menu offerings are creative, extensive and prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients

We are currently looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience and will be passionate about consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Restaurant Manager/Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the store operations under the guidance of the General Manager
• Achieve budgeted sales and profitability metrics
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Coach, develop and lead a high performing team

Restaurant Manager/Service Manager Responsibilities: Qualifications:

• 3 years of Restaurant Manager or Service Manager experience in a Fine Dining or Upscale, Polished Full-Service restaurant preferred
• Solid understanding of P&L, scheduling and inventory management
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards
• Sustainable operational results with solid job history
• Hands-on Leadership
• Excellent communication
