What you'll be doing:
- Respond to medical calls, perform medical services and transport patients to medical facilities with the highest caliber of professionalism and care.
- Work in a highly efficient environment with the latest medical tools and software.
- Currently certified by the New York State Department of Health Bureau of EMS as an EMT
- Tech savvy: basic computer, word processing, and e-mail skills required
- Hard working and extremely punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with other healthcare professionals.
- Especially courteous bedside manner
- Ability to remain calm in demanding settings
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have and maintain current certifications
