Overview.......

Provide administrative support to the Broker and Real Estate Agents by helping to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and on collecting marketing analytics.

Candidates should be organized, display a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, have excellent communications skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The marketing intern can expect to learn:

• How to manage a Mortgage Company
• Creating and segmenting marketing emails and marketing campaigns
• Learning about the state of California real estate market
• Utilizing tools to manage social media
• Strategies on finding and utilizing strong hashtags and keywords for use in content (blogs, white papers, social media)
• Working in a fast-paced team environment
• Communicating with clients from time to time

An ideal intern will:

• Have an interest in real estate
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
• Social Media Experience
