Description


The role requires exceptional organizational and communication technique combined with broad analytical skills. Experience with large data analysis and financial industry is preferred. Excellent customer service orientation is required.

- Ensure the applications stability and clients services satisfaction

- Timely identification, communication, and escalation of all productionand UAT issues for timely resolution within the service level agreement

- Drive the team effort on process efficiency improvement including automation, incident reduction, proactive monitoring and planning

- Lead the Contingency Of Business exercise, Audit & Compliance requests

- Provide effective metrics reporting on performance & data quality/integrity

- Vendor and resources management

- Enforce the GPA application support operation excellence principle and governance


Qualifications


- Degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience

- 3+ years experience in managing large scale data warehouse and good understanding of ETL process

- 5+ years experience with relational database and Unix operation system related skills are required

- 1+ years of Big Data and EAP

- Prior experience in operations application production support (Banking systems support is a plus) 

- Possess strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues tactically while searching for strategic resolution

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Confidence and ability to work with all level of management

- Strong team player and ability to lead the global team

- Willing to work flexible hours
