THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking success driven customer service team players. If you have a passion for financial and lending services and working with the public, we would like to offer you the needed training for your professional growth in the consumer lending industry. PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales - Make our company known, sell our product and get prospects in influence of the branch
  • Exceptional customer service - actively and genuinely listen to our customers’ needs.
  • Loan processes - specific knowledge about lending products and financing.
  • Credit history analysis – review and analyze credit history to determine loan eligibility.
  • Money handling experience – process payments and cash register balancing.
  • Collection activities – monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, take actions to encourage timely debt payments, and update account status and collection efforts.
  • Marketing activities – build partnerships with local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and actively participate in public events.
  • You will comply with company guidelines and procedures

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate for Sales
  • Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are a must
  • Familiar and comfortable with numeric data and accuracy with computer data entry
  • High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism and personal boundaries
  • Timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, attitude and desire for professional growth
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Typing speed 40 wpm minimum
  • Goal oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The employee is required to walk and/or stand up to 8 hours per day
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Use of personal vehicle required
  • Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance

POSITION

  • Our branches are open Monday through Saturday, from 9:30am to 6:30pm
  • Non Exempt Position- Full-time (40 hours per week)

EXPERIENCE

Over one year of full-time, relevant work experience: Sales experience (e.g. positions with sales goals).
