  • The below will be the requirements for a Program Manager for the PeopleSoft Projects
  • 10+ years of overall corporate experience, including positions with implementation and integration of new technologies. A minimum of ten years of experience with managing team members, implementing and supporting systems
  • Strong PeopleSoft Finance / Supply Chain background required – Helpful if the previous experience is in the Hospital environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of workflows, interfaces, and integration platforms from a technical and functional HR perspective
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record of delivering transformation programs
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written required to maintain regular communications with client, vendor, team member and management regarding project issues and risks
  • Strong project management and business analysis experience, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate analysis into tactical actions
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and concisely to meet the collective goals and objectives
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary work related to workflow redesign, development, and integration
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for project team, IT, and business owners for ongoing systems support
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving project artifacts as required including but not limited to: project plans, residual risk, change requests, work flows, business requirements, test plans, test scripts
  • Lead and/or support business analyst activities as needed
  • Ensure an excellent standard for all aspects of delivery and governance, including planning and status reporting
  • Ensure the team is following the structured processes and quality assurance standards
  • Manage key risks and issues and escalate to management in a timely manner
  • PMP certification preferred.
Tasks Specific to the Decoupling Project
  • Develop, maintain and update project plan for all the tasks associated with the PeopleSoft Cerner Decoupling Project
  • Present to the Senior Leadership on a regular basis the status of all the tasks for the Project
  • Follow up with the technical and functional teams on each of the tasks in the Project and ensure timely compliance
o Perform activities resulting in agreed upon resolution to the issues associated with the tasks for the Project
 This may call for setting-up multiple meetings with Vendors (like Qsight), McLaren Finance and /or Supply Chain Team members and Oracle Infrastructure Team)
  • Present Leadership with go-live scenarios showing resource allocation at peak times of the weekly and monthly cycles.
