We are seeking a Project Manager I for a very important client

Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 1-6 years experience

Digital project manager

Understanding of site maps and content matrix organization of content

Mapping of content (from old to new) and Gap Analysis

Template and Component corresponding to content on web pages

Knowledge of Web page build and templates (not development work) Content Management System

Organize, edit, manage Copy decks of web page content

Inventory of assets (videos, images, etc)

Project / time management

Visio, Microsoft products

The project is cross-division building of web page templates. We have 2 agencies working with us. One agency is developing the architecture of the sites and navigation. They will provide a content matrix spreadsheet. The other agency will build the web page templates and components. This contractor would be responsible working with the two agencies to develop a content blueprint for the 2nd agency to build, along with identifying content gaps. The contractor would be responsible for output of web site pdfs for a comparison of old to new.
