Corp-to-Corp will not be considered.*** Position DescriptionThe PM II role in the Care Delivery Technical Services - NFS is responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects in support of IT Infrastructure Projects and Capital Construction Projects. The execution of projects is accomplished through following company's-IT project management processes and through close collaboration with partners both within IT and outside of IT.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The PM II position is accountable for the delivery of IT applications and IT infrastructure that support IT Infrastructure and Capital Construction Projects.

The PM II is responsible for delivery of assigned projects in adherence to Company's standards and using Project Management methodologies. The PM II is accountable for meeting financial and schedule commitments for all assigned projects and to communicate effectively with team members and partners in company's -IT and Company National Facilities Services (NFS). Key Responsibilities for PM II include: 1. Provide project management for project team members, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedback.

2. Document project scope and requirements. 3. Build, track and monitor project plan(s) using MS Project to ensure that the project is on schedule and budget.

4. Manage the approved project budget through the use of financial tools to ensure accuracy between company's IT Finance and project(s). 5. Ensure project data is accurate and available for review by management and insure that management is proactively informed of potential problems and risks so that they can be mitigated.

6. Utilize a proactive change control process 7. Manage coordination across multiple stakeholders from both IT and Business to ensure project objectives are met 8. Coordinates deliverables of consultants, vendors and subject matter experts as required 9.

Manages and resolves issues within scope of responsibility and escalates when appropriate 10. Manages full project life cycle and end-to-end accountability for results 11. Actively drives the project 12. Use negotiation skills to achieve successful project outcomes around issues, scope, schedule, costs/budget and resources.

13. Successfully communicate across a variety of audiences, including business people, technologists and vendors. 14. Manage project team members from other company's IT groups who supply resources and services to the project.

RequirementsCandidates should have 8+ years of information technology experience that includes a broad understanding of IT infrastructure and should have 5+ years progressive experience as a project manager that includes experience managing implementations of medium to large sized projects that are moderately complex. Experience with managing IT projects supporting IT Infrastructure projects as well as Capital Construction projects in the health care industry. Experience in providing IT project management supporting VoIP, Data, Infrastructure VOIP & or WiIFi implementation is preferred. The candidate should possess a strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience with monitoring and managing vendor performance.1.) Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience 2.) 5+ years progressive experience as a IT project manager 3.)
