We are looking for a results oriented individual with an understanding of online media and account management. As part of our affiliate team, the Affiliate Manager's primary role is to work with our VP of Network Distribution to actively seek out and manage Affiliate and Publisher partner relationships in order to assist in further expanding our domestic and international network.

Work with existing online affiliate clients including Media Agencies, Social Media companies, Search Engine professionals, etc. to buy their web traffic and promotion efforts for our advertising clients on a CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) basis.
Recruit new affiliate publishing partners.
Manage partner needs including, offer setup information, campaign reporting and tracking.
Work with sales managers to assist in optimization efforts and overall campaign performance.
Ability to communicate with accounting, technology and sales to ensure partner needs are met in a timely manner.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing/Advertising or 2 years of previous work experience in that field
Strong written and communication skills
Basic Knowledge of internet-based marketing initiatives
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, & PowerPointv
Results driven, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently
