The Practice Manager is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
Responsible for all activities of medical office, including but not limited to activities listed below:

Supervision of all staff members, administration of personnel policies established by the practice.

Schedule staff hours as necessary to provide the most cost-effective coverage of practice activities.

Work with billing service as required to collect unpaid account balances.

Maintain the required inventory of supplies for the office, monitoring orders and expenditures for medical supplies and equipment.

Annually, secure three bids for all items purchased by the practice, to ensure control of overhead costs.

Be in charge of customer service (follow up and address all negative patient reviews) and customer service recovery.

Must be reliable, enthusiastic, creative and demonstrate the ability to build a Team environment.

Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee. These include assisting the clinic staff or front desk.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. (except Tuesdays 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.).
