We are currently hiring a motivated Customer Service Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works well together and provides superior service. The Customer Service Manager qualities we are looking for include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working weekend and evening hours if required. The Customer Service Manager is to assist the Executive Manager in effectively managing the assigned outreach program territory. In the manager’s absence, the Customer Service Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing the campaign objectives as set forth by the program supervisor.

Additionally, as a Customer Service Manager you will have ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific outlet and maintaining the reputation of the company. The Customer Service Manager will gain experience in sales, customer service, finance, human resources, marketing, and operations.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Responds to and assists customers in a friendly, prompt and courteous manner and implements and enforces company standards for customer service.

  • Learns and assists in departments throughout the store in order to gain an overall understanding of the operations of the store.

  • Learns all opening and closing procedures for each day of store operations.

  • Learns to communicate, supervise and follow up on tasks assigned to associates.

  • Attends company meetings for purposes of training and development, coordination plans, and communicating policies and procedures.

  • Assists management in the implementation of all basic and seasonal programs.

  • Learns proper merchandising of product by understanding and following schematics and merchandising protocol. Participates in all store activities in order to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction in the store.

  • Learns labor coverage needs for departments based on an analysis of current and projected sales and market conditions, and schedules associates based on those needs.

  • Learns proper inventory levels in departments and establishes procedures for maintaining proper inventory levels.

  • Follows Company policies and procedures
