What You’ll Get to Do:

The IT PM will meet with their designated teams and stakeholders to examine the current web-based portal design and its material to understand how it aligns and supports the vision of its mission. If cases where guidance for requirements are necessary, the IT PM will be proactive in asking pertinent questions to ensure a clear interpretation is understood.


The IT PM will perform daily operations of analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. This will be in coordination with senior management for problem resolution, task scheduling, resource requirements, and training needs. Concurrently, they will draft reports that will provide an evaluation of their project’s deadlines, funding, and risk and dependencies. These reports can come in the form of burndown charts or work breakdown structures. This will provide visibility for project progress and pinpoint areas to apply corrective actions.

The IT PM will discuss with the team to determine the best communication channels and file sharing site to use for collaboration. Once the site is determined, (e.g. SharePoint/Jive, WordPress, etc.)

The PM will post their collaborative documents such as meeting minutes, Sprint Retrospectives, and other technical documentation for the team to utilize. Here the IT PM will also manage the organization by implementing a logical sense to where files should be stored and how they should be named, to prevent the clustering and potential misplacing of important files. This will ensure the project team’s success in meeting deadlines and providing quality work.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Manage and track program schedules across multiple capabilities.
  • Structure or make recommendations for effective meetings, off-sites, briefings, program, etc. encompassing disparate IT technical, user, management and security cadres.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes, issues within capabilities/programs and keep all affected Project Managers and senior management informed.
  • Prepare and/or deliver presentations for planning and execution.
  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users, stakeholders, managers and security.
  • Application development experience supporting IC community

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and ten 10 plus years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Demonstrated experience directing daily operations of a team to include analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing computing needs and system requirements with users, management, vendors, and technicians.
  • Demonstrated experience providing day-to-day management of a program, and developing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the system.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Governance (IAG).
