Position Summary:

Centre Technologies, an award-winning, rapidly growing IT solutions and services company, is seeking a full time Front Desk Receptionist. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday – Friday. This is an entry level position requiring 1+ years in office administrative experience. $12-14/hour depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and transfer calls
  • Greet visitors and maintain visitor log
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Take and relay messages
  • Order snacks/pick-up
  • Stock and maintain/clean up break room and conference rooms
  • Coordinate/shop for/set up office events
  • Receive shipments
  • Coordinate repairs
  • Log and deposit incoming checks
  • Liaison with coffee/water supplier and building management
  • Act as fire warden for fire drills
  • Perform basic clerical and data entry duties
  • Assist management as needed
  • Check mail
  • Coordinate new employee paperwork
