Dayforce Education Learning Consultants are responsible for certifying on and then delivering Dayforce training to customers, partners, and internal employees. Learning Consultants deliver classes both virtually and in-person to North American and global audiences. Learning Consultants may later assist with course development and other education-related activities as assigned. Dayforce Education Learning Consultants operate in a dynamic environment with regular introductions of new product functionality; so, training and consulting skills as well as agility are a must.

Dayforce Education Learning Consultants are responsible for certifying on and then delivering Dayforce training to customers, partners, and internal employees. Learning Consultants deliver classes both virtually and in-person to North American and global audiences. Learning Consultants may later assist with course development and other education-related activities as assigned. Dayforce Education Learning Consultants operate in a dynamic environment with regular introductions of new product functionality; so, training and consulting skills as well as agility are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and become an expert of Dayforce HCM functionality including security, reporting, HR, Payroll and other topics.
- Deliver Dayforce end-to-end training on-site at a customer location, virtually or at a Dayforce training facility.
- Stay current on Dayforce product functionality.
- Effectively consult and collaborate with customers and internal teams to prescribe and deliver training on needed topics.
- Work closely with customers or internal team members to tailor or customize course content as needed.
- Demonstrate agility and excellent time and project management skills to achieve successful training outcomes.
- Familiarity with Dayforce product line and/or experience working with HCM/T&A/Payroll or ERP applications. Previous experience using or implementing HCM solutions is highly desirable.
- An understanding of clients’ business environments/needs and how to capture/relay information to consult with them regarding their training needs required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; previous training experience delivering both virtual and in-person training highly preferred.
- Experience using MS Office and web collaboration tools, including WebEx, Zoom and/or LMS platforms.
- Desire and ability to quickly learn and communicate new concepts effectively.
- Ability to have working hours between 8am and 8pm (Eastern Time) required.
- Ability to travel, up to 35%, as required, to customer and internal locations in North America and globally.
- Web Services development, XSLT, XML and SQL experience is a plus.
