General Summary
We are looking for an Associate Brand Marketing Manager to provide support to the Charlotte Russe Brand Marketing team. We are seeking a customer-centric individual who is extremely detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for effectively project managing & supporting seasonal & monthly brand marketing initiatives, focused on championing & ensuring brand continuity through site, assisting with in store projects, and working with internal & external partners to ensure deadlines are met. This person should be eager to learn, a self-starter, forward thinker and able to easily take direction and act quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage seasonal brand marketing timelines
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop monthly brand messaging for digital content
  • Own weekly omni-channel messaging calendars & in season promotional updates
  • Oversee execution of brand marketing initiatives across Site in partnership with Site Merchandising team
  • Develop & manage mall marketing relationships
  • Manage weekly promotional signage request process & partner with Creative & Store Ops for on-time delivery
  • Own weekly briefs & project manage brand initiatives through to execution
  • Daily communications and directions to internal and external partners
  • Work in fast-paced & evolving environment, always keeping the business & performance in mind

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience – brand marketing & project management preferred
  • Experience in retail or passion for the retail/fashion industry
  • Eager to learn and drive results
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter
  • Customer-centric focus
  • Proven ability to execute day-to-day tactics with constantly changing promotions
  • Passion for creating innovative, memorable customer experiences
  • BA/BS
