We’re looking for a Integrated Marketing and Promotions Manager to oversee brand promotions and integrations and participate in the transformation of our brand and organizational culture. You’ll be energized by, and passionate about, this transformation with a desire to play a pivotal role in creating a lifestyle brand and shaping a best-in-class work environment. As an Integrated Marketing and Promotions Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Marketing Department and report directly to our Director, Brand Marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the brand promotions and ensuring a cohesive advertising message and brand identity across all channels. You’ll also be responsible for allocating the marketing calendar while ensuring effective returns and managing the optimization of the marketing and advertising performance within those channels. Ideally, you will be analytically rigorous, yet willing to roll up your sleeves and deep dive into the details. Innovative thinking and effective negotiation skills are critical, as well as a willingness to explore new integrated marketing opportunities, innovate on ways to reach and engage consumers, and provide complete analytics and KPI success bench marking. You’ll generate a return on marketing investment, both overall and within channels, and measure their performance against budget and timeline targets.


  • Work across the marketing department and agency partners to create marketing plans across all paid and owned channels for the marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate efforts from strategy and in-market execution across Brand Marketing, Digital, Advertising, Media and PR internal teams to create disruptive marketing plans that drives business results and consumer engagement.


This position will leverage your leadership acumen with previous enterprise experience and strategic vision in faithfully representing the Chipotle brand with vendors. You’ll be a key influencer in brand and customer engagement strategies in addition to the overall annual marketing plan. Strong relationship building skills combined with effective negotiation skills are hallmarks of success in this position. You’ll lead the employee engagement, acquisition and retention across the vertical and will be instrumental in achieving brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition targets achieved by campaigns.

  • Identify, develop and execute brand promotions and brand integrations that support the marketing calendar.
  • Work closely internal business and project owners, as well as 3rd party vendors.

  • 5+ years of Advertising Agency, Promotions, Brand Management, and Marketing Project Management experience.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with project team members and key stakeholders.
  • MBA/Masters Degree in Marketing preferred.
