The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a creative Product Manager to lead platforms product management activities for our industry-leading cloud-managed wireless business, which covers a wide number of strategic initiatives including but not limited to: (a) evolving a winning product line strategy, (b) building sustainable hardware differentiation, and (c) ideating and executing on a strategy to develop adjacent product lines to create the next $1B business. You will be driving the focus around how Meraki is thinking about further expanding its cloud-managed wireless capabilities and collaborating with the various discrete product teams for the individual Meraki products (e.g. MS, MX, Dashboard).

Meraki is changing the way the industry thinks about networking, and you will lead the charge to continue the evolution. You will collaborate with forward-thinking engineers and excited customers to help ensure that we continue to have the best wireless product portfolio in the industry in addition to the Meraki #fullstack. You will work closely with the executive team to establish a winning strategy, and collaborate with our exceptional sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure continued market-adoption and rapid growth.

You will develop excellent technical knowledge, deliver high-impact presentations, and have a real passion for evangelizing cloud-driven networking technology.

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements
• Work with our best-in-class engineering team to build the right hardware platforms to address those use cases
• Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and pricing
• Assist and train our rapidly growing sales team
• Serve as a technical resource and key strategic advisor for all technical and business-related matters related to the Meraki wireless portfolio

Qualifications

• BA/BS in EE or CS or a related technical field
• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in wireless technology
• Strong business background (ex: MBA, Product Management or Marketing) desired
• Passion for learning about networking and cloud technologies
• Track record of motivating and driving large projects and large teams effectively
• Demonstrates success in driving product initiatives where outcomes were paramount to the health or strategic differentiation over the overall business, e.g. incremental revenue streams in the hundreds of millions
• Entrepreneurship, "can do" attitude, and ability and willingness to make an impact
