This position plays a key role in the oversight of internal controls in the Global Accounting Operations (GAO) group.
Key functions of the position
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Controllers Operational policies and procedures
  • Assist with training on Internal Controls processes / procedures
  • Document and compile Management attestations and other required paperwork
  • Prepare, maintain records, correspondence and other documentation as required by process and policy
  • Collect and analyze data to detect the root cause of deficient controls or non-compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist with the prepare management Reporting deck inclusive of Operational and Financial metrics
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and may be assigned to specific projects as needed
  • Adhoc reporting and analysis, and other duties as assigned i.e. assist in adhoc Quality Control (QC) testing of data


Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or internal controls

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply judgment to provide efficient and effective solutions
  • A self-starter that is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels throughout the Company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
