You must be able to work semi-independently by being a self-starter with a passion for customer service and the confidence to operate a premium self-storage facility. Requirements:

  • Industry experience in sales, customer service or hospitality, preferred. Energetic, outgoing, customer-oriented personality.
  • State driver's license, working vehicle for occasional use during business hours, and proof of liability insurance.
  • Be available to work weekends.
  • Make customer calls concerning their account, collections, and other issues. Develop and implement cost saving measures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills and computer literacy.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to react quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, attentiveness to detail, and initiative.

Job Type: Part-Time

Hours: 20 hours/week

Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 /hour

Bonus: $10/signed lease
