The bartender ensures guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality service. Bartenders work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.

Primary Responsibilities:
Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Cash Handling: Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
Help guests select menu items, take order and make guests feel taken care of
Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the Dining Room
Prepare garnishes for drinks

Wash and sterilize glassware Requirements:
Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic Math Skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
Continuous use of hands and arms
Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
