BARTENDER

The bartender ensures guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality service. Bartenders work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Cash Handling: Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Help guests select menu items, take order and make guests feel taken care of
  • Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
  • Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the Dining Room
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks
  • Wash and sterilize glassware
Requirements:
  • Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
  • Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
