Prep Cooks work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to handle knives
Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation
Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer
Follow prep list
Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
Prepare every food item to recipe
Properly clean and maintain equipment
Supply and assist Line Cooks and Pantry in maintaining proper levels Requirements:
Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Continuous use of hands and arms
Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
