Sales Coordinator Temporary

"Note: "This is a temporary assignment, which may last up to (3) months"

Purpose of Position:

This position is responsible to coordinate and facilitate incoming sales orders (domestic and international). In this role, will function as a liaison between the corporate office and internal/external customers.

Accountabilities:

• Process domestic and international sales orders originating from two processing facilities (domestic and international).
• Communicate with customers on all orders processed; production, documents required, final delivery and billing information including processing of brokerage invoicing.
• Coordinate with Network Shipping Department on pick-up of orders; arrange deliveries for customers as needed, monitor inventory levels and report any service issues.
• Set up accounts with internal Billing Department, and process letters of credit, banking documents to ensure customers are within credit limits and are up to date with payments.
• Communicate regularly with operations regarding manifests, certificates of analysis, shipping and receipt of product, and inventory loads.
• Monitor and maintain open deductions reports.
• Handle heavy, daily call volume and e-mail distribution
• Generate department reports as needed, including open deductions, sales/inventory, unpaid invoices, etc.

Minimum Skills Required:

• 2 year College degree in a related field, from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years prior sales and customer service experience in a similar role (i.e. heavy call volume, handling customer accounts, claims, reports, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently as needed.
• Bi-lingual: Spanish and English.
