Job Description


The Digital Experience Designer will help evolve Delta Faucet Company’s online marketing presence including the coordination and execution of all websites, website content, mobile, CRM/email activities, and strategic usage of marketing technology systems. This role requires the ability to apply brand marketing principles to help develop and execute the Delta Faucet Company online engagement strategy. Responsibilities include daily oversight of website functionality, user experience modeling, and SEO methodologies. You should also remain abreast of emerging interactive technologies, internal systems and processes and channel communications requirements. The Digital Experience Designer reports to the Website Experience Marketing Manager. You will work cross-functionally within Delta Faucet Company and provide regular market-facing guidance and project prioritization to IS while helping with outside technology and creative agencies for web and interactive marketing services.


  • Manage UX design, site aesthetics and functionality optimization for DFC
  • Partner with brand teams, eBusiness, Customer Solutions, IS, Sales and external creative and digital agency partners to design and develop innovative website experiences and CRM experiences that elevate and advance our digital presence
  • Design new webpages and emails that support brand strategies and drive customer engagement
  • Assist with the crafting of the website and CRM strategies and support the execution of the digital roadmap
  • Partner with brand and channel teams to lead execution of e-marketing plans
  • Partner with IS to drive implementation and ongoing management of content management systems
  • Coordinate internal and external resources (including budgets) for websites and marketing/sales technology
  • Support our brand and company objectives via the Internet channel
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends and innovation to continually evolve DFC’s digital approach

Education and Experience:

  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a college or university with a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience in a related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A blend of creative design expertise coupled with a marketing background.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough and demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging digital technologies such as email marketing, CMS, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with basic web development utilizing HTML and CSS.
  • Strong ability to multi-task effectively while partnering with internal and external resources.
  • A highly collaborative and strategic thinker who can apply resources effectively to get results that meet the business objectives.
