Diamond Peak Recruiting is a recruiting firm specialized in placing candidates in the AEC & MEP industries throughout the US.

(Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

We currently partner with some of the top Architecture firms, Engineering firms, Construction contractors and Specialty Trades contractors across the country.

Our team is growing and currently looking to hire a Recruiter to assist in searching for, Finding, Interviewing, & Submitting candidates for consideration to our clients open positions.

Required:

• Sales experience

• Coachable

• Attention to detail

• Problem solving

• Strong Computer Skills

• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not a must. If you are prepared to work hard, we will help you learn.
  

• We will provide needed resources to assist in your searches

Compensation includes:

• Base Salary

• Bonuses (Individual & Team)

• Remote (75% remote to start)

• Company phone

• Advanced Training

This position will require extensive computer work and phone calls (inbound & outbound). Some important questions to ask yourself before applying,
