Recruiting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiting Manager to join our People Team! As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring talented people who are the right fit for our amazing culture!

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a great candidate experience for all applicants
  • Guide all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to get a clear view on hiring needs, goals and specifications
  • Draft and post job descriptions
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Be the main point of contact for all job candidates throughout the interview process
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews and schedule on-site and zoom interviews
  • Negotiate job offers

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions/levels
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment process for a company that prioritizes candidate experience
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
  • Solid understanding of G-Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills

Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
