We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiting Manager to join our People Team! As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring talented people who are the right fit for our amazing culture!
What You’ll Do:
- Create a great candidate experience for all applicants
- Guide all recruitment efforts and processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to get a clear view on hiring needs, goals and specifications
- Draft and post job descriptions
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Be the main point of contact for all job candidates throughout the interview process
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and schedule on-site and zoom interviews
- Negotiate job offers
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions/levels
- Excellent understanding of recruitment process for a company that prioritizes candidate experience
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
- Solid understanding of G-Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
