Team Members (Red Shirts):
Red Shirts play just as important of a role in Five Guys operations as any Manager does. Red Shirts are trained to work in many different positions within the restaurant. The goal for all Five Guys Red Shirts is to receive their weekly bonus by serving perfect food, maintaining a perfectly clean store and by giving the best customer service.


Every employee at Five Guys has an opportunity to move up in the company. We are looking to build 10 store in 2019, which mean we will need to develop over 50 managers and shift leaders. If you want an opportunity to grow in your career, Five Guys will give you that growth and opportunity.
