Greenlane is looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team. The Sales Coordinator provides the Regional Account Specialists and Regional Director with operational support while serving customers and accounts by providing product and service information.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain workflow by keeping up with product returns, giveaways and back ordered items
  • Assist with evaluation of sales staff and create performance reports by documenting KPIs
  • Create and revise account and sales reports by analyzing customer and sales data
  • Revise pricing, oversee inventory and create price lists
  • Seek resolutions for administrative, accounting and operational issues
  • Manage account onboarding, ensuring proper documentation and licensing
  • Create and revise systems and procedures to improve workflow
  • Communicate with different brands and affiliates to update authorized reseller lists and update compliance reports
  • Work closely with marketing to coordinate promotions, sales incentives and develop prospect kits by designed sample packages and assist with packing and shipping.
  • Ensure internal company portal is up to date with newest company directory and updates
  • Help with call and order overflow
