Make Ready Specialist

This position is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and inspecting the “make-ready” units to ensure vacant apartment homes are returned to market in a ready status

What your day might look like

• Complete pre-move out inspection and create a “punch” list
• Create a schedule for maintenance technicians and vendors to complete assigned work for unit
• Accompanies Sheriff to apartment homes to facilitate evictions
• Organize and maintain necessary supplies and tools
• Communicate unit status to Community Manager

What we are looking for

• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired

Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 /hour
