Coordinator, Direct & Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with email agency to coordinate email development and deployment.
  • Track and generate reports for email campaigns.
  • Work closely with other members of the department and cross-functionally to gather information to develop content for email campaigns.
  • Works closely with other departments to develop necessary IT infrastructures for certain email campaigns.
  • Generate creative briefs and business requirement documents for agencies.
  • Ensure accuracy (spelling, grammar, price points, brand standards, testing and segmentation) is properly implemented within email campaigns.
  • Involved in strategy meetings for overall email campaigns.
  • Support other department programs as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in email marketing with mid to large company or email agency
  • Content development or editing experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organized and effective communicator
  • Basic understanding of data marketing best practices
  • Understanding of email marketing systems and technologies
  • Detail coordination and adherence to schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-variate testing campaigns, reporting, and anaysis to optimize email performance
  • Experience with direct mail marketing
