Job Purpose

Hertz is looking for an Identity Access Management Analyst to manage and provision access to Data, Systems, and Applications. This is a great opportunity with a well-respected company in a demanding technical environment to work hands-on managing Windows security stack, and participating in enterprise-level projects. Skill and Knowledge Requirements of Identity Access Analyst:

  • Provision and de-provision network accounts for associates through formal procedures
  • Provision and de-provision application accounts for associates through formal procedures
  • Aid in management of quarterly access reviews for network and application accounts
  • Aid in provisioning Internet and VPN access
  • Strong background in a Windows environment, with hands-on experience in Windows Security Stack
  • Experience working with IAM tools like: Oracle IAM, MIM, Okta, RSA, IBM IAM or Courion.
  • Mainframe experience a plus.
  • Sales Force experience a plus.
  • Foundation in documenting requirements using Structured Analysis Techniques, such as Use Cases, and Entity Relationship Diagrams
  • Experience working with IT partners
  • Ability to perform in a team environment, problem solving, and executing permission changes based on evolving information
  • Previous experience working with O365, NTFS permissions, and Active Directory Groups
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a global environment with US and offshore teams.
  • Experience working with auditors and compliance teams.

Mandatory Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years IT/Information Security experience
