This role is based out of our Jinjiang, China office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working from our Jinjiangoffice – with frequent trips to HONG KONG
- Develop and implement goals and action plans assuring alignment within China inland manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business partners to achieve business objectives: safety, quality, cost, delivery and people.
- Drive continuous improvement of system/process resources through effective assessment of capabilities and maximization of resources to improve current processes and procure externally where appropriate to achieve objectives. Full understanding of ERP used.
- Drive continuous improvement of human resources through effective assessment of capabilities, development of internal resources and leveraging external sourcing where needed to achieve objectives.
- Insure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures. (e.g., safety, quality, finance, human resources).
- Insure on time, on brief, on cost and on quality production of new and improved footwear products. * Drive employee engagement, effective communications and positive employee relations.
- Insure effective collaboration within Distributors
- Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure effective plant engagement in research and development of new/improved processes and machinery.
- Partner with product creation and global sourcing to determine and execute Company global strategy.
- Ensure effectiveness of the staff through communications; salary administration; coaching/counseling; monitoring and appraising job results; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures; selection, training and development; and maintaining a safe, secure and legal work environment.

Qualifications EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university and seven to ten years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office suite skills
- Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems
