Hey Dude Shoes is looking for a Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support various departments within our office. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from sample development to admin sales support. An effective office clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You must be reliable, detail orientated and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the apparel business.
Responsibilities
- Creating SMU instructions
- Keeping track of sample requests and samples received
- organizing sale samples
- preparing sample shipments
- review renderings to confirm they match instruction details
- review samples against approved rendering and instructions
- prepare small swatch cards
- Keep sample room organized
- Work with sample development on future collections
- Assist sales department with various admin tasks
- compare PP sample w/OCs
- Work with sample development to work on future collections
- Preform misc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience:
- Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
- ERP: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sample Development: 3 years (Preferred)
