A VIP Representative with Hilton Grand Vacations surveys toured guests about their thoughts and opinions with regard to our product and presentations. They educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program (VIP) program/package to generate maximum vacation ownership sales.

What will I be doing?

As a VIP Representative you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Follow through on all sales by phone to reduce the cancellation rate

  • Meet the required work schedule, which includes weekends

  • Stamp all planners when you turn the tables

  • Sell out VIP packages at the required production

  • Complete the agreements in accordance with the rules

  • Make the required VIP presentation to every guest that is turned to you

  • The ability to identify and resolve quality assurance issues

  • 6+ months of branded vacation ownership sales experience

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • High school diploma or equivalent

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 1 year of VIP experience with a branded company

  • 3-5 years of related experience
