The Executive Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will provide support to the executive recruiting team to ensure an exceptional experience for the candidates & executive hiring managers. This job will serve as an ambassador for the executive recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders and promote customer service excellence. This job is highly versatile and visible, requiring an exceptionally high sense of ownership, professionalism and interpersonal skills.

**This position offers limited benefits and will average between 30-40 hours a week**

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison for executive candidate scheduling between executive search firm, Humana, and candidate to ensure a smooth search process
  • Provide full support to executive recruiting team including: interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and staffing activities to deliver a superior experience to both internal and external candidates
  • Drive consistent administrative support processes to ensure a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring team
  • Manage communication with C-Suite leadership, hiring managers, candidates, external search firms and executive recruiting team
  • Act as a primary point for candidate’s interviewing onsite at the Humana Corporate Tower creating a “white glove” seamless interview experience
  • Monitors interview schedule to ensure the interview process flows smoothly
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
  • Superb ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with executives and candidates
  • Natural ability to converse confidently with senior leadership and executives
  • Outstanding customer service with a high sense of urgency and ownership to see tasks through completion
  • Inherently proactive and self-drive
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask
  • Creative problem-solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Previous executive administrative support experience
  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition organization
  • Workday experience
