Applicants must possess the following: College Degree
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum three years' experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports. Smaller company experience preferred; commercial real estate background is a plus. * Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) * Extensive experience with data entry and recordkeeping * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software (MRI experience is a plus) * Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes * Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Highly organized, self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
