Retail Facilities and Maintenance Leader (Full Time)

IKEA Canton is looking for a Retail Facilities and Maintenance Leader to Join their team!

This is a full time position requiring weekend and evening availability

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolves building maintenance and safety issues quickly and efficiently
• Partners with store team to maintain vendor relationships to ensure all local and national laws are complied with in regards to facilities maintenance
• Oversees maintenance and repair of all equipment in store by third party vendors
• Ensures all local building codes and regulations are met
• Supports proper set-up and maintenance of basic IT systems

Preferred Experience:

* * 3 years leadership experience

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work*

* Site maintenance and project managementexperience
