What You Will Accomplish:

  • The Recruiting Coordinator will support Illumio's Talent Acquisition (TA) team's immediate and long-term strategies for attracting and hiring top talent by operationally driving the candidate experience. You will work in close collaboration with TA, HR, Operations, and other groups to assist in the development, coordination and delivery of unique and meaningful candidate experiences on behalf of Illumio with employees, managers, interns, team members, and external constituents, locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • You demonstrate professional expertise in planning, communicating, and executing activities with both internal partners and external audiences. Exceptional attention to detail, customer service-orientation; strong aptitude for current recruiting technology, digital communications and active participation in the social networking landscape is essential. You have a passion for talent attraction and recruiting.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of the TA tools and support of users. Help develop training resources to support adoption, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and assist co-workers with understanding and accessing hiring resources
  • Create a best in class candidate experience through the coordination of recruiting activities, including but not limited to interview scheduling, day-of candidate coordination, point of contact for general recruitment inquiries, etc.
  • Provide support to Recruiting Managers on sourcing activities, as needed
  • Under the guidance of the Head of Talent and Recruiting Managers, develop and manage recruiting communications to candidates
  • Track, analyze and report recruiting activity across TA platforms: ATS, social media channels, job boards, etc. Responsible for audits, identifying and implementing recommendations for improvements. Partner with People Operations team on additional data and reporting needs.
  • Conduct employee research and analyze data related to TA programs and activities; create reports as necessary.
  • Investigate, propose, and support new activities to foster employee referral networking through new and existing events, resources and partnerships.
  • Work with People Operations to research emerging technology and opportunities to expand online presence to meet hiring goals
  • Share TA information and content with team and external partners.
  • Plan and facilitate in-person and online training, learning activities, networking and recognition events. Market, manage and track employee participation
  • Assist with various TA events requiring occasional evening and weekend attendance
  • Perform additional duties as required

What You Bring:
---------------------

  • Hands-on experience with current recruiting technologies, digital communications and networking trends, including social media, recruitment marketing, and virtual networking/engagement platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition
  • Project coordination experience: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience and competency demonstrated in computer applications such as: MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and database applications
  • Active social media user
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required. Ability to inspire and motivate employees, team members and future employees
  • Analytical with strong organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse, multicultural environment
  • Confident, positive, professional demeanor working with internal and external facing constituents
  • Experience designing, planning and managing TA events desired
