Marketing Associate

Key Objective

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and working in collaboration with sales and business unit leaders, the Marketing Associate will help to design, implement and execute field marketing plans and related activities to help facilitate and generate awareness in our sales opportunities and also help our sales team in achieving its goals.

Specific Duties

  • Assist with the development of targeted (segment TBD) marketing plans and underlying programs to build market awareness and generate meaningful sales opportunities. Plans to include, but are not limited to:
    • Helping to develop materials that demonstrate an overview of key market segments and our strategic approach
    • Campaign strategy
      • Messaging that focuses on client needs and challenges
      • Targets (Industry, type of organization, titles, etc.)
      • Marketing vehicles
    • Strong representation at a variety of seminars, hospitality, webinars and industry events
    • Helping to create content marketing strategy
    • Working with our social media strategy – previous experience here a plus
    • Helping to define a target list development
    • Comprehensive calendar of activities
    • Goals and objectives
    • Working with a comprehensive budget
  • This position will help to set-up, execute, track and report on campaign performance through a combined Pardot / marketing ecosystem – familiarity with other tools preferred as Pardot is not required
  • This position will also help to analyze campaign performance data to share with the sales team and other lines of business and to refine marketing approach as needed
  • This role will partner with sales to coordinate marketing activities, communicate lead/client information and assist in moving opportunities forward (RFP assistance, presentation development, etc.)
  • Work closely with business leads to support target achievement, promote new or enhanced products and identification of client stories and thought leadership topics and themes
  • This role will also support the development of thought leadership materials (articles, white papers, infographics, etc.) that enhance campaigns by identifying topics, interviewing SME s and distributing
  • Draft and develop various marketing assets including client case studies and quotes, brochures, product sheets, social media posts and presentations
  • Ensure good data is maintained across Pardot / marketing ecosystem including adding new contact information and making updates as needed
  • As member of team, participate and contribute in driving other key marketing areas such as website enhancements, social media, PR and communications
  • Work with vendors and internal teams, such as print vendors, when applicable to ensure that marketing deliverables and services are completed on time and within budget guidelines

Bachelor s degree and of 1-3 years of marketing and event planning experience


This will be a remote position but we'd like it to be located in or around the Washington, DC or New York City, NY area.
