Interior Innovations is looking for a Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for working with Field Superintendents, sales staff and vendors to ensure all remodeling jobs run smoothly, all material is ordered and ordered timely, Field Superintendents have all necessary information needed to complete the remodeling job and all new sales are scheduled promptly.
Job duties are but are not limited to:
Walking all new sold jobs to get a project overview.
Putting together a complete "Job Book" to ensure field has all necessary information needed.
Ordering all necessary material for the job. May require research to find the necessary material.
Ensuring all material is at the job site timely.
Working with lead superintendent to put together a project schedule and informing all necessary parties of the schedule.
Updating internal system with all necessary information.
Staying totally informed on all jobs, the status, what is needed etc.
Keeping Operations Manager informed at all times.
Staying in touch with customers to keep them informed of job progress, schedules, etc.
Assisting with answering the phone if needed and meeting customers in the showroom periodically.
Required Work Experience:
Previous Customer Service experience required.
Knowledge of the remodeling business preferred.
Must be extremely organized.
Must be a self starter and must be able to work on their own.
Microsoft knowledge a must.
Must be the type of person that isn't concerned with the "job description" rather rolls their sleeve up and does what needs to be done.
Will be required to work 4 hours on a Saturday every 4th or 5th Saturday.
20/20 or CAD a plus but not necessary.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
