Title: Inventory Analyst - 57551

Your Responsibilities

As an Inventory Analyst at John Deere Coffeyville Works in Coffeyville, Kansas, you will Implement inventory audits and other related inventory transactions to measure accuracy. In addition you will:

  • Compile inventory audit requirements with Deere and other companies
  • Work out reports of inventory
  • Supervise/work/direct salary and/or wage personnel (Cycle Counters, lower level Inventory Analysts)

What Skills You Need

  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint plus intranet and internet functions
  • Knowledge of parts distribution systems and parts terminology
  • Understanding of operations including Order Fulfilment and Supply Management
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of unit processes and operations such as Inventory Management
What Makes You Stand Out
  • One or more years’ experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools
  • One or more years’ experience working in one or more operations support functions such as warehousing, logistics, etc
  • One or more years’ experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc
  • One or more years’ logistics work experience in such areas as warehousing, materials management, transportation, broker, forwarder, etc

Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience
