The OCP Field Strategy and Operations Team is looking for a highly motivated individual passionate to join the Team as voice of OCP with highest quality communications strategy and execution.
Foundational to success in this role is a passion for driving greater Partner impact to the business and a desire to influence with excellence in world-class storytelling. This role involves telling a clear Partner impact story and communicating programs and initiatives to create energy for strong Field team execution. This role is deeply collaborative. It requires close partnerships and orchestrating work across the broader OCP team and targeted for our OCP Field leaders.
The successful candidate is self-motivated and self-directed in a fast pace environment while striving towards very high-quality results. This person must work well in a team and in ways that drives impactful results quickly and upholds the team's philosophy to operate with the highest levels of collaboration and partnership. Structurally, the role reports to the Sr. Director of OCP Field Strategy and Operations.
As the Communications Manager, you will have influence at the most senior levels within the global organization, communicating the programs, change management approach and initiatives that advance our OCP organizational capability and readiness. You will have responsibility for designing, leading and executing the OCP organization’s Field communications strategy to provide greater awareness and influence of OCP business impact.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

Evaluate current communications and lead OCP Communications Governance deliverables – determining consistent principles of use for Teams, Sharepoint, newsletters, summits (format, content and cadence) for maximum key stakeholder engagement and impact

Lead OCP’s transformation to best in class virtual summits with highest quality, engagement and experience

Manage the orchestration of the A14 OCP Leads community calls and field summits

Work with global OCP stakeholders to drive targeted content quality to OCP Field Leaders from across OCP Corp owners

Support annual OCP planning activities including Field Planning Readiness and landing the annual Field Guidance with strong change management principles

Drive awareness and adoption of the best practices surfaced from OCP Spotlight Awards program and ROB engagements (OCP QBCs, Summits, Performance benchmark insights)

Influence and execute the OCP Field editorial calendar and communication plan, ensuring all key constituents across the Field are informed of key strategies and priorities

Measure the outcomes of each engagement to evaluate impact, learn and make improvements accordingly
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:

BA/BS in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent)

10+ years of relevant experience in field excellence, planning and a deep understanding of communications

Excellent communication skills written and oral and previous experience managing field communications
- Previous Event management experience

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high pressure / fast paced environments and consistently delivering on expectations

Proven ability to listen and collaborate well - building and drawing upon a wide network, sparking great ideas, gathering and incorporating feedback and ideas from multiple stakeholders and members of event v-teams
- Commitment to high standards of quality and an eye for detail
