This role will support the team with general administrative support along with some other cross-group administrative projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with EA to ensure comprehensive support is received for a growing team

Handle logistics setup for all hands, off-sites, and other events

Order hardware and services, i.e. computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials and facilities requests

Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally
-
Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, AA degree
-
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Skype.
